Growth quantification and quality projection of Nothofagus

Abstract

On December 30, 1997 FONDEF project "Activity Planning Software for roble, raulí, and coigüe second growth forests of the IX and X Region" was launched. The project will last 30 months and its objective is to generate software that will aid in making decisions, with sustainable criterion, in pure or mixed second growth forests of roble, raulí, and coigüe of the IX and X Region. The project is in charge of Forestry Management Institute, Universidad Austral de Chile.
