Abstract

The research focuses on parole revocation, and in particular, on one of its grounds: non-adherence, without sufficient justification, to the intervention plan. The objectives of this paper are, on the one hand, to determine the scope and meaning of the cause, and on the other hand, to offer criteria that the Parole Commissions should consider when evaluating the seriousness and absence of justification for non-compliance with the intervention plan.
