Abstract

A trial was carried out in Los Lagos county, province of Valdivia, Chile. The aim was to compare four different systems of soil preparation for cereals in relation to emergency of weeds. Conclusions showed that all treatments were significant being the common soil preparation as done in the zone, the most effective treatment.
