Abstract

This essay analyzes the neomanierism in the poetry of Oscar Hahn, compiled in Tratado de sortilegios, as one of the traits that reveal the struggle of the I against the repressive instances. This conflict offers, as a consequence, a way of presentation characterized by unstability and uncertainty. With this purpose, basic poems of his production are analyzed, which deal with topics such as love, death and writing, putting the emphasis on their symbolic dimension.
