Río Turbio, by Gonzalo Rojas. The buzz of the beginning

Abstract

An analysis of Río Turbio, a recent publication of Gonzalo Rojas, is made, starting from paratextual elements of the work. Then, some essential aspects of "rojiana" poetry is studied: the relation between eros and trascendency, and the links with mystic poetry; the relation between eros and thanatos, and the step from the experience (the testimonial and autobiographic) to the vision (the poetic as such).
