Propiedad Cultural e Intelectual de los Pueblos Indígenas: Objetos y Enfoques de Protección

Resumen

The object of this article is to analyze the conceptualization and protection focuses of the cultural property and indigenous intellectual rights in the international system and from the perspective of the right holders. I present the state of the art of the topic in three themes of interest: protection object, projection focus and right ownership, and we conclude with a compared analysis of the protection of the indigenous intellectual rights from the perspective of the holders. For this, I concentrate on the Indigenous Peoples of the regions Asia Pacific, America of the North, Central America and America of the South.
