Abstract

In Spain, a serious and rigorous study of the active policies of use destined the working immigrants must start off of two basic factors in its configuration: its context within the model adopted by the European Union and the high degree of decentralization in the competences, services and functions that concern to them. The active policies of labour try contribute to increase the possibilities of incorporation and maintenance of immigrants, combining, at the same time, with high flexibility and security.
