Causation: ¿Quaestio Facti o Quaestio Iuris?

Abstract

This article analyses the dichotomy between questions of law and questions of fact regarding causation and makes a proposal to understand this dichotomy starting from the distinction between different types of speech act performed in legal proceedings.
