The intermediary service provider and his liability. A study of article 43 of Statutory Act Nº 19.496

Abstract

This paper analyzes the article 43 of Statutory Act Nº19496. The authors suggest an interpretation of the legal concept of “intermediary” the way it raises from the legal doctrine and as a result of an analysis of the decisions of the courts. Furthermore, this work describes the liability system in such article, as part of the rules of breach of contract.
