Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are sources of gender discrimination in the Iberoamerican legislation on the labor market integration of people with disabilities, or whether there are mea­sures for equality between men and women with disabilities. For this purpose, is analyzed the legislation of legal status in twenty-one Iberoamerican countries. The results revealed sources of indirect discrimination in the legislation of the twenty-one countries examined and provisions aimed at gender equality only in the legislation of Ecuador and Paraguay.
