The expiry of administrative acts

Abstract

The present study aims to determine the dogmatic setting administrative revocation as a form of abnormal termination of administrative acts whose contents have not been expressly regulated in Law Nº 19,880, 2003 expiration concept is discussed in the Administrative Law, requirements, effects, limits adjectives and nouns, and its compatibility with other powers of withdrawal of the State Administration.
