Abstract

The exercise of the right to defense in its broadest sense is an issue that has numerous aspects and presents various complexities, both normative and practical in nature. However, one of its essential components, such as the right to legal assistance, is particularly sensitive in the field of State Administration, since people are daily forced or in the need to interact with their organisms. In this context, the current regulatory scenario will be analyzed, demonstrating the total insufficiency of rules that effectively ensure said right before the Public Administration.
