Abstract

The present work reports on the results of the visual examination to a sample of households in the X and XIV regions performed to determine the fulfillment of 64 compelling requisites established in the Chilean legislation and regulations for constructions. The results indicated that at least 6 requisites per household on average do not meet the specifications established in the legislation and regulations.
