Abstract

The real estate business associated with the expansion of first and second homes of one of the major tourist destinations and large mountain lakes of the country is being subjected to great pressure on their natural and cultural resources. Capital behind this movement there are a number of spatial and social processes that are drawing new ways of occupying space showing the resistance of some groups to model economic and territorial development prevailing in the large cities of the country.
