Abstract

The Forest Environmental Education Center Santiago is in the north of the Metropolitan Park and surrounded by the Manquehue, Coal and San Cristóbal Hills. It has an area of 180 hectares. This center conducts non-formal environmental education and outdoor training related to environmental awareness. The project creates an interpretive trail, with guarantees that all visitors can access the various existing outdoor sites at the center, and in turn, participate in all activities of the environmental education program.
