Main Article Content
Abstract
To Imagine a green city makes us immediately think of the car as an enemy. However, Oscar Figueroa raises the strategy of including the car, next to public transport in the global transportation network of a city. On the other hand, points out that the use of the bicycle should not be limited to bike paths, which are always insufficient, but must be integrated into the entire city. Lastly, it raises ideas about Valdivia congestion and possible solutions through river transport and a bridge over the River.
