Abstract

This article aims at examining a large-scale street art production resulting from a joint activity by community members and graffiti artists, in a residential quarter in Santiago’s south area. The analysis delves into a creative and community work methodology and the reading of some of the paintings, triggered by the taunting proposal made by this versatile work to the aesthetic discipline, also understood in its sematic polyvalence.
