Abstract

This article is aimed at analyzing reflecting on the currency of a brief teaching file that has been used in the Architecture Programs both at in Mar del Plata and La Plata State Universities for over 40 years. Such document, drafted originally by Architect Hector Oddone, has long outlived its author and his initial intentions. This raises questions as to the nature of such an apparently simple material which has nonetheless kept its worth value in a wide broad range of new contextual conditions. Thus, the article analyses discusses the didactic teaching strategies and knowledges implied in this file while it, indirectly, referring s to the figure of Hector Oddone and his austere, silent pedagogy.
