The production line of expression. Communication in contemporary work processes

Abstract

This article aims to relate the expansion of certain theories of communication based on the notion of interaction to the new organization of labour known as posfordism. The intention is to demonstrate, through some cases and documents, that it exists a "process of extraction of power-knowledge", in which the human expression is studied and codified in order to establish essential communicatives guidelines for the development of the so-called economy of services. This linkage allows to support the thesis of Gilles Deleuze about the emergency of the societies of control societies.
