Abstract

In a global stage like the one ruling out present society, work becomes a social component where most of the externalities of the capital accumulation model fall upon. New axioms put to the test the new employees, all of them pragmatic from a determinist focus that pursue the most possible submission from the work factor as a one more element looking to reach the biggest quota of possible benefits. In this flexibility, scarcely and marginality context, it is necessary that from the very social collectivity the necessary action has to be articulated to generate an alternative social and economical model.
