The chilean Reformation to the Previsional System: analysis of the reformation in process through the case of the agriculturist seasonal workers

Abstract
Within the changes in the Chilean economy and the modifications of the labor force, it happens the phenomenon of the temporary workers, specially in the agricultural field. This group of workers does not have labor contract, which implies that they do not have access to the Sistema Previsional. On the other hand, by the temporality of the job, it is difficult to them to complete the 240 required quotations to obtain a minimum pension. This paper tries reveal how the Reforma al Sistema Previsional (RSP) it will affect this group of workers, considering an critical analysis of public policies for the future of the temporary workers, and making some proposals with respect to how the system of pensions of the agricultural temporary workers could be improved.
