Creación, desarrollo y proyecciones de la Radio Comunitaria en el sur de Chile

Abstract

The present investigation describes the beginning, development and the projection of a group of Radios Comunitarias of the south of Chile, by means of qualitative technical and systematization of stories contributed by its creators and equipment of production. The zone in study is important because permit to analyze the particularities of the regional communitarian radios, in contrast to the important number of Radios Comunitarias of transmitters in the Area Metropolitana (Santiago de Chile) . The results demonstrate the role that the Radios Comunitarias plays in the process of participative communication that fortifies the social and cultural development based on the respect to the identity and the communication as a dialog between equals. The investigation and the theory analyzed show the present necessity of a national political that contemplates to a plan of qualification and economic sustainability of the communitarian radial project.
