Abstract

The article takes approaches to the theory of gender in organizations ―referring to the concept of generated organizations― with the purpose of broadening discussions initiated by feminism, to move towards those currently posed by postfeminism and transfeminism. With generic sex normativities, we intend to account for certain normalizations that operate in the order of culture and that being constructed over time are considered as natural. With transgressive bodies we want to make visible that there have been and there will be people and groups that defy that order and norms. In the development of the writing we will refer to some of the generic sex normativities sometimes invisible in organizational analyzes, and we will account for some transgressions that occur in these spaces.
