Abstract
The Mexico City Pavilion for the Fair of Cultures 2014 addresses the issue of immigrants to Mexico City. The architectonic expression of these migrations is represented in the pavilion through a large catwalk that lifts visitors to view the capital's Zócalo, and then descends to create the symbolic experience of arriving to the Historic Quarter. The prefabricated structure was mounted in only 8 days in the Capital's Zócalo and remained there for 15 days.
