Abstract
Albert Cuchí Burgos is professor at the Universidad Técnica Superior de Arquitectura, Barcelona and Técnica Superior de Arquitectura, Vallés, at Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña. He is currently a professor of the Masters program on Architecture, Energy and Environment of the UPC (Official Masters) and coordinator of the sustainable construction line of the Master program on Sustainability of UPC (Official Masters). Additionally, he is a researcher on sustainability and the links with architecture in the broadest sense. He is a founding member of the "Architecture and Sustainability" group of the Association of Architects of Cataluña; and founding member of GBC (Green Building Council), the association for sustainable buildings in Spain. He is a technical collaborator in several institutions, including Generalitat de Catalunya, Barcelona's Urban Ecology Agency and the Consortium of Santiago de Compostela, among others.
