Alfabetización de datos para la docencia a partir de la conformación de equipos de datos. Una revisión sistemática

Resumen
Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la literatura existente sobre la alfabetizacion de datos en docentes mediante la conformacion de equipos de datos. Se realizo una revision sistematica siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA, utilizando bases de datos Scopus, WoS y EBSCOhost y se seleccionaron ocho articulos para la revision final. Los resultados muestran que las intervenciones con equipos de datos mejoran la autoeficacia, habilidades y conocimiento en el uso de datos, aunque los efectos en actitudes y creencias son menos consistentes. Se identificaron desafios como la falta de tiempo y recursos, asi como la necesidad de mejorar competencias especificas y manejar ciertas preocupaciones eticas. Las intervenciones mas efectivas incluyeron un seguimiento prolongado y apoyo de facilitadores, resaltando la importancia de un respaldo continuo. Sin embargo, se requiere mas investigacion para entender mejor el impacto en las actitudes del cuerpo docente y explorar la aplicabilidad de estas intervenciones en diversos contextos educativos.
