Más allá de la gramática escolar: dinámicas colaborativas para un cambio profundo en la escuela secundaria

En un entorno educativo en transformación, la colaboración docente emerge como una estrategia clave para promover y sostener mejoras en los centros escolares. Este estudio se propone explorar las diferentes facetas que adoptó la colaboración como soporte para un cambio profundo en la gramática escolar. Mediante un estudio de caso cualitativo se abordó una escuela secundaria en Argentina que reconfiguró el currículo, las prácticas docentes, el rol del alumnado y el vínculo con la comunidad. Los datos se recogieron por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas, grupos de discusión, observaciones no participantes y revisión de documentos. El análisis se efectuó mediante un proceso de codificación, seguido de una fase de identificación de categorías y metacategorías explicativas. Los hallazgos revelan que los cambios introducidos representaron una ruptura con las prácticas convencionales y que la colaboración docente fue un factor clave, aportando evidencia sobre su valor en la transformación de la gramática escolar.
