Architect, University of Chile. Master in Project Theory and Practice, Superior Technical School of Architecture, University Polytechnic of Catalonia. Visiting Teacher at the Royal Danish Academy of Copenhagen, Denmark. Professore Associato, Dipartimento di Architettura di Alghero-UNISS Italia. 18th Architecture Asturias Award, 2005. EUROPAN VI Award, 2001. Tenth Architecture Biennal Award, 1995. He has been published in several media in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, USA, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Brazil, Mexico, Bolivia, China and Latvia. Some of his most outstanding projects in 28 years of work in Chile, six in Spain and seven in Denmark, with more than 200,000 square meters built, are, among others: Homeless Refuge in Copenhagen, Senior Citizen Residence in Maullín and the San Vicente de Paul Church in Ancud.
