Abstract

Life in a society with a planetary perspective requires dealing with themes that initiate social coexistence and bring together subjects from different ethnic and racial backgrounds, which deserves philosophical, historical and socio-anthropological organization appreciation. The objective of the text is to present the logic of thought and positioning in the face of historical contexts that imply social inequalities, for that, it presents the categories of social law and decolonial thinking to overcome the colonizing administration, historically placed in social groups, through vital motricity as a possibility of dynamic action in social contexts. It uses in the methodology the production referenced in ideas and principles of theorists of the field of historical-philosophical knowledge when it analyzes clippings of conditioning facts that typify social inequality and that are subject to overcoming with decolonial thinking. It concludes that there are multiple possibilities for the advancement of more egalitarian and humanized relationships.
