La creatividad y el estrés: Revisión Bibliográfica e Implicaciones Educativas

Resumen
El presente estudio pretende analizar la relación entre las variables de creatividad y estrés a través de una revisión bibliográfica de la literatura científica de estudios publicados en los últimos diez años. Se emplearon las bases de datos (Scopus y Web of Science) para realizar las búsquedas de acuerdo con criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Tras analizar los 42 artículos resultantes se encontró que la mayoría de los estudios evidencian una relación significativa e indirecta entre ambos constructos. Aunque la conclusión sugiere una relación indirecta, en algunos estudios se identifican variables moduladoras que podrían mediar o establecer una conexión directa, por lo tanto, se destaca la necesidad de investigaciones adicionales que profundicen en esta relación, dada la diversidad de instrumentos, contextos y características muestrales utilizadas, así como las diferencias individuales. El artículo concluye abordando las implicaciones educativas derivadas de esta revisión.
