Meaning of the Initial Training Process by Adults Students of Elementary School Teachers

Abstract

This article seeks to reveal -from the inside of a public university- the meanings and expectations created by a group of adults as result of their status as Elementary Pedagogy students who undergo special plans. Also analyze problems related to teachers' training and the implications involved in the application and promotion of those kinds of programs.
